Abstract

Recently, the demand for underground environmental infrastructure for waste disposal is increasing due to economic growth and urbanization. Installing large-scale facilities such as complex plants underground requires design techniques that maximize space utilization efficiency and consider the safety of various underground structures. In this paper, the optimal member cross-section for the superstructure and slurry wall integration method was derived to ensure the structural safety of underground space and the stability of the pipe rack module construction method was examined. An automatic design technology based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) was developed Using the analysis results. It is expected that design errors and time loss can be minimized through automatic placement simulation that reflects various load conditions and facilities information.

최근 경제 성장과 도시화로 인해 폐기물 처리를 위한 환경기초시설의 지하화에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 복잡하고 대규모인 복합플랜트와 같은 시설을 지하에 설치하기 위해서는 공간 활용 효율을 극대화하고, 다양한 지하 구조물의 안전을 고려한 설계 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지하 공간의 구조적 안정성을 확보하기 위해 토압, 지하수, 시설물 하중, 지진 하중 등 다양한 영향을 종합적으로 분석하여, 가장 불리한 하중 조건에서 상부 구조와 슬러리월 일체화 방안에 대한 최적 부재 단면을 도출하고, 파이프랙 모듈 공법 적용 시 안정성을 검토하였다. 또한, 해석 결과를 활용한 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기반 자동 설계 기술을 개발하여 지하 기초, 상부 구조, 지하 벽체, 기둥, 내벽 등을 3D 모델링으로 구현하였다. 다양한 하중 조건과 속성 정보들을 반영한 자동 배치 시뮬레이션을 통해 설계 오류 및 시간적 손실을 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
